I have worked closely with Ian for the past two years on his delivery of the Armed Forces Covenant work with the City of York Council. His methodical, customer focussed approach coupled with excellent communication always ensured that stakeholders are fully engaged with the project. His city-wide survey initiative captured and made sense of previously unavailable data which has been a key component in ensuring the needs of such a tight knit community are recognised, understood and supported.
