He worked as a fitter in the workshop, as a hire desk operative, as a successful sales manager prospecting, gaining new business, caring for current clients and training new sales people to develop positive relationships with a range of business. Ian also project managed a tool hire and sales depot in Nottingham developing the business to such an extent that the business relocated to a larger premises.
